Booking Terms & Conditions
Rental Period
Rental dates run from Saturday to Saturday.
Occupancy:
From 16:00 on day of arrival until 10:00 on day of departure.
Direct Booking Process:
1. Booking confirmed over telephone.
2. Letter sent from us confirming availability and asking for
50% deposit by return (cheques made payable to "Acre
Estates Limited").
3. Once cheque cashed booking will be set in stone.
4. Cheque for balance (+ £100 returnable damage deposit)
to be received at least 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Process:
1. Any cancellations must be in writing.
2. Deposit amount retained by "Acre Estates Ltd" unless
week can be re-let.
3. If cancellation within 28 days of arrival date then monies
paid (less damage deposit) will be retained even if re-booking
successful.
Short Breaks:
1. Short breaks only permitted by prior agreement. Not available
for "All Cottages" price or during Xmas & New
Year. Preferably not during "High Season".
2. Pro-rata price to be levied depending on duration of stay.
3. Minimum of 60% of normal price payable however short the
duration.
